"I work with high school through adult learners with special needs. Some of my students are actively working and traveling in the real WORLD OF WORK! This helps keep everything organized. This app works for my learners needs: -PICTURES but not baby pics because they are adults and they are optional and can be faded out -LOCKING options for the information to prevent deletion and changes -WORDS for my readers and those learning to read -TIME so important and can do own increments -FORMAT/VIEW you can view the calendar in various formats like typical planners (ie. daily list, monthly, weekly) awesome!! -the ability to input a video clip for modeling helps rid prompt dependency on another person!". |

Customize Activity Schedules

Events in a daily schedule can be linked to an "activity schedule". Activity schedules are helpful in targeting specific events or tasks in the daily schedule where an individual may experience some difficulty. It breaks a larger task down into smaller steps which are easier for an individual to understand and manage. The hope is then that individual will then be able to successful complete the task independently. For example, an event @ 12pm "LUNCH" can be linked to an ACTIVITY SCHEDULE that shows the steps on "How to make a sandwich".
Activity schedules can also be accessed anytime within the app to deal with unexpected events. |
